Making a Purchase is very straight forward. Just browse our Catalogue, and insert quantities on any items that you wish to buy. Before leaving the section add them to the basket by hitting your RETURN or ENTER key or scroll right down to the bottom of the page to add your selection to the basket. Select View Cart at any time to view your selection, amend quantities or delete items. When you are ready, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. After order placed you will receive an automated confirmation email. A further email is sent to advise despatch. An itemised VAT invoice is either emailed or included with the goods.

Payments are welcome by credit/debit card, cheque or BACS (Please contact us for bank details). Your card is charged at the time of placing the order. Refunds are virtually immediate should the situation arise. Please note there is a £1.50 + VAT surcharge added manually for handling cheques below £80 in value.

If the item you are looking for is not listed please contact us as it is likely we can obtain it without delay and still based on our competitive pricing structure . We endeavour to keep all our information as accurate as possible. We reserve the right not to supply items incorrectly listed. If this is the case you will be notified and not be charged and you will have the option whether to proceed with the order or not.

All information including printer listings and photos are kept as accurate as possible and should be treated as a guide. Due to manufacturers re-branding and changing of packaging some product photos may not be up to date but the products supplied are. We will not be held responsible for any errors or ommisions. Please ensure you have the right product before opening the box. Please contact us if in doubt.

SHIPPING: Orders are despatched either by Royal Mail or carrier depending on your location and what is ordered. Most deliveries have to be signed for to ensure safe receipt and tracking. You may wish to consider having your order delivered to your place of work. For a guide to rates please see our Delivery Charges Page. Our carriers can leave your package with neighbours in your absence should you request this. Otherwise the driver will leave a card for you to telephone to arrange for a mutually convenient re-delivery. You will not be expected to collect your delivery if it has been sent by carrier. We endeavour to pass on special delivery instructions where possible but due to certain limitations it is not always possible to do so.

We will choose the appropriate carriage method to deliver your order depending on the nature of the order, your location and to obtain the quickest delivery time.

Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. Most have to be signed for. You may wish to consider having your order delivered to your place of work.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Orders for the UK are subject to 20% VAT. If you are based in the Channel Islands VAT will be zero.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted on the banks secure website at time of making payment using 128 bit encryption. They are not stored on our computers nor held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All products are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from date of purchase. If a printer cartridge is not functioning properly please contact us for a possible solution BEFORE removing it from your printer. Otherwise we will arrange for replacement/refund as appropriate.

Returns Policy Please contact us prior to returning goods for returns authorisation number and to state reason for return. Items ordered incorrectly or unwanted will be accepted for return within 14 days of purchase providing all seals are intact and packaging unopened for a full refund.
