Making a Purchase is very straight forward. Just browse our Catalogue, and insert quantities on any items that you wish to buy. Before leaving the section add them to the basket by hitting your RETURN or ENTER key or scroll right down to the bottom of the page to add your selection to the basket. Select View Cart at any time to view your selection, amend quantities or delete items. When you are ready, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payments by credit/debit card, cheque or BACS by prior arrangement. If your country is not listed please email your requirements and we will confirm whether we can supply you together with the cost. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, etc.. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

We endeavour to keep all our information as accurate as possible. We reserve the right not to supply items incorrectly listed. If this is the case you will be notified and not be charged and you will have the option whether to proceed with order or not.

All information including printer listings is kept as accurate as possible and should be treated as a guide. We will not be held responsible for any errors or ommisions. Please ensure you have the right product before opening the box. Please contact us if in doubt.
SHIPPING -Select appropriate service: Small orders are despatched via Royal Mail and heavier/higher value items by carrier. All deliveries have to be signed for to ensure safe receipt and tracking. You may wish to consider having your order delivered to your place of work. For a rough guide to charges, these range from £2.35 for Royal Mail post to £5.90 for carrier (excluding VAT) depending on weight. Our carriers can leave your package with neighbours in your absence should you request this. Otherwise the driver will leave a card for you to telephone to arrange for a mutually convenient re-delivery. You will not need to collect your parcel when selecting carrier for delivery.

We reserve the right to utilise the most appropriate carriage method to deliver your order which may vary from the original method chosen. The charge would remain the same or be reduced accordingly. We would alway seek permission if any charges have to be increased.
Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. All deliveries have to be signed for. You may wish to consider having your order delivered to your place of work.

We offer UK customers a choice of delivery methods ranging from using services from Royal Mail and Carriers. UK customers may expect their order to arrive between 1 to 6 business days depending on the service chosen (and stock position). But please allow up to 10 working days for Royal Mail postal deliveries. If you have been out, please check with your local Post Office as non-delivered items are held for collection for approximately a week prior to being returned to us. Unfortunately the Royal Mail do not always deliver small packets or put cards through the door advising of non-delivery.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero if deliveries are to the Channel Islands.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All products are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from date of purchase. If a printer cartridge is not functioning properly please contact us for a possible solution BEFORE removing it from your printer. Otherwise we will arrange for replacement/refund as appropriate.

Returns Policy Please contact us prior to returning goods for returns authorisation number and to state reason for return. Items ordered incorrectly will be accepted for return providing all seals are intact and packaging unopened.
