Non European customers please note that manufacturer's original cartridges are European versions. Some chipped cartridges are designed only to work in the province they were manufactured for. This especially applies to Epson. It is advised to make enquiries before purchasing.

If you are outside
the UK We ship to certain EU countries, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you are not listed please email your requirements and address and we will confirm if we can supply.

Carriage charges

The cost of delivering orders has to be accounted for one way or another.

It is our policy not to hide these charges within the cost of goods we sell but to show them separately.

This ensures you obtain the most competitive prices when compared to other charging methods. If in doubt, compare the total cost of your order against another supplier who offers ‘free delivery’.

We show all prices excluding and including VAT

Carriage

There is no minimum order. Carriage is charged at cost on all orders, in order to offer the most competitive prices. The online ordering offers a choice of delivery methods from 2nd class post to overnight carrier depending on the items ordered.

You will find the total value of your order often much cheaper than many high profile suppliers who offer free carriage for certain value orders.

Our buyers shop around reputable UK suppliers for the best prices and keen to negotiate improved purchasing terms. All these savings are passed to you.

Online shopping to overseas customers is currently restricted to Airmail Small Packets, International Signed For, weight up to 2 Kilos.

Delivery time

Many consignments arrive the following day but please allow up to 6 working days for goods to arrive.

You will always be notified if goods are not available for despatch within this period.

Please note that all goods have to be signed for. You may wish to consider having your order delivered to your place of work. If you have been out, please check with your local Post Office as non delivered items are held there prior to returning them to us. (They do not always put cards through doors or deliver small packets as they used to.)

We regret due to the high volume of orders processed we are unable to handle collections.

Due to the competitive nature of our prices we do not offer extended credit facilities, i.e. 30 days.
